Shipping Policy

JWR Design, Inc. offers three shipping options on physical plan sets:

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimate: 

Priority Shipping — Included with purchase.

Express Shipping — Flat fee of $75.

Digital Delivery — Digital plan sets (Study Set, PDF or CAD format) will be delivered via email as an attachment to download. Typical delivery for digital plan sets is within 1-2 business days.

All orders processing time is 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri).

JWR Home may charge an additional shipping fee to orders outside of the contiguous United States.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You can check the status of your order at any time by going to contact-us. You can also reach out to our customer support team at info@jwrdesign.com to ask questions. 

Once shipped, plans typically arrive within 7-10 business days for the United States. Due to inclement weather and other events beyond our control, on-time delivery is not guaranteed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

JWR Home is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
